Payments:

Please make payments within 7 days of the cleaning service.

 

Cash: 

Payment can be made on the day of service or arranged with the management for collection.

 

Direct Debit:

Customers may set up a Direct Debit for automatic payments. Please visit this link to set this up.

 

Our Service:

We offer a year-round service. Every visit includes cleaning of all windows, frames, sills, and doors as standard.

 

Service Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will respond promptly to rectify the issue.

 

Text Reminders:

We can provide a text reminder service the evening before your scheduled cleaning date if you require notice for locked gates, payment arrangements, etc. (This service should not be used to cancel the cleaning; if it is used for cancellations, the service will be discontinued.)

You will be charged if we are put off for no valid reason.

 

Cancellations and Access:

We strive to provide a reliable service and kindly ask our customers to:

  • Keep cancellations to a minimum.

  • Notify us of any cancellations before 8PM the day prior, so we can schedule other work.

  • Ensure gates are unlocked on the day of service. We will clean wherever possible, but if we cannot access all areas due to locked gates, we will charge for time and travel costs unless there is valid reason i.e holiday.
