How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Once a month is recommended for most homes, though some may need more frequent cleaning depending on location, weather and your own preference — we'll happily advise on a schedule that suits you.

What window cleaning methods do you use?

We use pure water-fed pole systems alongside traditional hand-cleaning for exterior windows, choosing the best method for each job to deliver streak-free results safely.

How long does a typical window cleaning appointment take?

The duration varies based on factors such as the size of your home or business, the number of windows, and the level of dirt or grime. We can provide an estimate during the scheduling process.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Most homes benefit from an annual gutter clear, though properties surrounded by trees may need it twice a year. We can advise on the right interval for your home.

Do you use ladders or vacuums?

We use gutter vacuum technology that reaches high gutters safely from the ground wherever possible, reducing risk and disruption while giving you a clear view of the results.

Will pressure washing damage my paving?

No — we adjust pressure and method to suit each surface, from block paving to natural stone, so we lift dirt and moss without damaging the material or disrupting the jointing sand.

How often should I clean my driveway?

An annual deep clean keeps most driveways and patios looking their best and prevents moss taking hold, particularly in shaded or damp spots.

How do you reach high soffits safely?

We use water-fed pole systems and specialist access equipment to reach high soffits and fascias safely from the ground wherever possible — no risky ladder work.

How often should fascias be cleaned?

An annual clean keeps uPVC fascias and soffits free of green algae and dirt, preserving their appearance and preventing long-term staining.
